Eat Like You Mean It!

…In honour of the men in my life who may be faced with the new prospect of veganism, whether it be for health reasons, animal welfare, or because vegan food is all I will cook for them (you know who you are, haha).  I dedicate all of today’s posts to letting them know that although - right now - veganism is very mistakenly perceived as sissy or not “manly” by much of the uninformed population, this is not the case!  REAL men care about their bodies and the welfare of the creatures with whom we inhabit the earth.  We only get one planet and one lifetime to make a positive difference, so why not start with a change that benefits all of us?

So, this is a quick little clip featuring comedian Ricky Gervias for Cruelty Free International.  Animal Testing is outdated, ineffective, and above all, WRONG.  Let’s stop it then, shall we?
